There are lots of ideas here that I think are on target and pretty plainly stated. On topics of meditation and philosophy it's often very useful to hear the same thing from multiple sources because small differences in phrasing can make a big difference in understanding. Leonard, Hungry Paul and almost everyone else in the book, are decent people just living their lives. That's a trick that more of us need to learn.
